RETURNS
It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products.
As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that's delivered in the best of condition.
Custom made orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will re-fulfill your order upon verification. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 10 working days.
Our pieces are handcrafted and slight variation in color and form is considered acceptable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on shoppe.ananas@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product delivery.
ANANAS is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay - for any international order.
